We have had so much fun with our school PE Challenges, we thought let's keep them going with everyone returning to school this week.
P1-3 complete twice a week.
P4-7 complete 3 times a week.
Take long deep breaths, it's not a race. Again this week 2 rounds of each set 😁
Complete a 3km walk with your family or your classmates. Take as many walks as you like to reach your target. If you want to challenge yourself try a light jog.
